OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2012. Selling price of 50% stake of Dniprooblenergo JSC is 660.1 million UAH. As a result, trading it exceeded starting price by 10%.

The competition for the privatization of Dniprooblenergo JSC held at the State Property Fund on April 17. It was attended by two companies: DTEK Holdings Ltd and of Lugansk energy union LLC.

The winner is DTEK Holdings Ltd.

Starting price of block of shares - 600 million UAH.

Under the terms of the tender, participants must either supply electricity at a rate not less than 30% of the energy supplied by the company or control a company that carries out such activities.
Among the conditions of tenders: ensuring repayment of the electricity bought under contracts with the State Enterprise Energy Market ensuring of directing funds for investment programs, modernization, modernization of enterprises.

In social work, in particular, is an ensuring payment of wages in time and its gradual increase.
Also, buyers undertake to adopt all necessary measures to protect the environment.
