Dmitri Sredin Appointed as Senior Banker at Corporate Investment Unit
OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. As part of the integration of Sberbank of Russia and Troika Dialog, Dmitri Sredin has been appointed as a senior banker of the Corporate Investment Unit. Dmitri will work together with Sberbank of Russia’s Department of Corporate Clients. One of his primary tasks will be developing and implementing a strategy for building relationships with key Russian and international clients of the merged company and offering them personalised financial solutions based on a complete range of commercial and investment banking products that fully meet their needs.
Alexander Bazarov, Vice President, Director of Sberbank of Russia’s Department of Corporate Clients, and Co-head of the Corporate Investment Unit, commented: “Today’s realities and the growing needs of our clients call for comprehensive financial solutions coupled with effective support. Prior to his appointment at Troika, Dmitri Sredin held the position of Chairman of Renaissance Advisories (part of the Renaissance Group) from March 2011 onwards. Before this he worked as an IB Managing Director and head of Renaissance Capital’s Debt Finance Department starting in July 2009. From 2006 to 2009 Dmitri was employed at Troika Dialog as Director of the company’s DCM Department. From 2001 to 2006 he was Regional Vice President, a member of the Credit Committee, and Head of Citibank’s Consumer, Automobile and Transport Sector Department. Dmitri Sredin graduated from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) and also the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia).
