OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company announces launching a new Internet service. On the Company's website www.ingos.ru a Skype voice communication option is available, reported the press-centre of Ingosstrakh. 

Any client having Skype installed on a computer or a smartphone may may call Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Client Center and be consulted by a specialist.  One may call with Skype from any region of Russia or abroad. This service will be free of charge in all cases. The scheme of communication with a client calling the company via Skype is not different from a common call to Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Client Center. Depending on the question subject a client will be connected with a relevant specialist.  Ingosstrakh Insurance Company user account in Skype is ingos-cc.

"At the initial stage only voice communication with Skype will be available, - tells the head of Marketing Department of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Vadim Yurko. - The Company is planning to expand the messenger functions by a text message option, and video calling option. We are sure that these services will be in great demand and will make it easier and more convenient for the insurance company and its clients to communicate with each other”.
