OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. JSC "SENIM-BANK" (Almaty region), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

Following an agreement between the parties, according to clause 1, article 51 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the labor agreement concluded with Olga Esaulenko who occupied the position of a member of the Management Board - the Chief accountant of JSC "SENIM-BANK" was terminated, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

Following a decision of the Board of Directors of March 19, 2012, Larisa Ten has been appointed the acting member of the Management Board and acting Chief accountant of JSC "SENIM-BANK".
