OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. Insurance company "London-Almaty" announces its unaudited operating results for 2011. Voluntary insurance has been a priority in the company's business over the last several years. This business strategy already brings its results: based on Y2011 results company "London-Almaty" took the first place with regard to insurance premiums collected in voluntary car insurance segment (comprehensive insurance KASKO) and voluntary cargo insurance, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

The volume of insurance premiums sourced by insurance company London-Almaty from voluntary car insurance (KASKO) in 2011 made up KZT529,404,000 (12% of the market with the general volume of premiums on this type of insurance reaching KZT4,275,192,000). The share of company "London-Almaty" in the cargo insurance market based on last year's results made up 24% with the volume of premiums as much as KZT1,268,707,000 (at the same time the market collected KZT5,276,820,000 on this insurance type). Also, positions of "London-Almaty" are strong in the railway vehicle insurance, as well as civil liability insurance towards third parties.
