OREANDA-NEWS. April 17, 2012. Based on the results of a contest organized by the Eurasian Economic Commission, Ms. Anna Mirochinenko is appointed Director of the Department for Antimonopoly Regulation, which is a structural subdivision of a single standing regulatory body of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation - the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Anna V. Mirochinenko graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in 1986; and then in 2002 – from State University – High School of Economics specializing in legal studies.

Ms. Mirochinenko started working for FAS Russia in April 1999, coordinating efforts of the Antimonopoly Service for compliance with the antimonopoly law in course of regulating foreign trade activities as well as FAS cooperation with the CIS member-states.

Since FAS was formed, Anna has been a member of the Working Group of the Sub-Commission on Customs Tariff and Non-Tariff Regulations, Protective Measures on Foreign Trade of the Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration.

Since 2003 Ms. Mirochinenko has been a member of Working Groups of the three states responsible for devising normative - regulatory framework of the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space.

Her class ranking is II Class State Counselor of the Russian Federation. In 2009 Anna Mirochinenko was awarded the title “Honourable Officer of Russia’s Antimonopoly Bodies”, and in 2010 she was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Government of the Russian Federation.
