OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2012. At a meeting chaired by President Ilham Aliyev the Cabinet Ministers has covered the results of socio-economic development of Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2012.

President Aliyev focused on the growth of GDP by 0.5% and non-oil GDP by 7.7% in the first quarter of the year. Industrial decline was 0.3%, but in the non-oil industry it was registered an increase of 16.5%. Inflation was only 3.1% against the growth of population’s income by 14%.
