BNP Paribas Wealth Management Appoints New Head
OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2012. BNP Paribas Wealth Management announces the appointment of Head of Non Resident Indians, North Asia, reported the press-centre of BNP Paribas.
Akshay Jaitly joins BNP Paribas Wealth Management in late March 2012 as Head of Non Resident Indians, North Asia, based in Hong Kong. Akshay will report to Stephane Honig, Head of Indian Markets of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. Akshay will lead a team of Relationship Managers dedicated to Indian clients in North Asia to strengthen client service capabilities for tapping the high potential business opportunities in the market.
Akshay brings with him extensive experience in servicing wealth management Indian clients globally. Before joining BNP Paribas Wealth Management, he was most recently Global Head of Private Banking in Axis Bank where he was instrumental in establishing the business line. Prior to that, he was Non Resident Indian Market Director for North Asia at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, and earlier he was with Citi based in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore, looking after Non Resident Indian clients.
