OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2012. This is stipulated by the Memorandum on Promotion of Free Access to Financial Data, which is planned to be signed by Moldova, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association, members of the World bank.

The government approved the opening of the negotiations on the draft memorandum and authorized Minister of Finance Veaceslav Negruta to endorse the document. According to Secretary General of the government Victor Bodiu, the Memorandum on Promotion of Free Access to Financial Data provides the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association with the access to the information of expenditures of Moldova.
