OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. “Oskolcement”, JSC, which is part of the “EUROCEMENT group” Holding, exceeded all key performance indicators of January-March 2011 in the last quarter.

Over the past three months, over 774 tons of clinker, intermediate product used for cement production, have been produced, which is 5.3 percent more in comparison with the same period last year.  The result for cement production has been exceeded by 15.7%. 132 tons more or 26.6 % of cement have been dispatched to consumers.

The results of last March turned out to be very impressive, this proved that demand for Oskol cement grows. More than 20 thousand tons of cement in “Big Bag” packages – four times more than last year – were dispatched in March. The positive trend has also been observed in the shipment of all kinds of bagged cement.

Record figures indicate that the plant is generally well prepared for the upcoming season. The main process equipment was qualitatively and timely repaired, all the links of the technological chain work in close cooperation, just like a single well-oiled machine.
