OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. Ural Airlines continue the implementation of aircraft fleet upgrading programme. Another Airbus A320 with Ural Airlines corporate colours has recently arrived at Koltsovo Airport from Beirut. Thus, the total number of Airbus liners in the airline’s fleet is now 24 (15 A320s and 9 A321s).

Likewise the preceding aircraft, the new one was purchased on operational leasing terms. The aircraft is equipped with business and economy class cabin, and will be operated on the airline’s scheduled services. The airline’s target number of aircraft of this family for 2014 is 30; the airline also anticipates purchasing long-haul aircraft for non-stop flights to Thailand, India, and Indonesia.
