OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. China may render its support for a preliminary draft on the protective exploitation of scarce coal resources such as high quality coking coal and anthracite coal.

The draft might be applicable to the major coal-producing regions including Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Henan and Inner Mongolia, where new coal mines will not be allowed to expand capacity in the next ten years in the name of expansion or renovation plans, technical updating, resources consolidation and capacity re-verification.
