OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. JSC "Caspi Neft" (Atyrau), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following, reported the press-centre of KASE:

1. in accordance with changes introduced to the licensing legislation, license  #001378 issued by the Ministry for Energy and Mineral Resources on June 15, 2007 for operation of power stations, networks and sub-stations industrial explosive and inflammable productions, lifting equipment, boilers, containers and pipelines operating under pressure, and license # 000113 issued on July 3, 2008 by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies for operation oil and oil products storage facilities, have been returned voluntarily, due to the fact that these activities are no longer subject to licensing.

2. LLP "Guarding agency "Sungat"" submitted to Atyrau regional special inter-district economic court a statement of claim requesting recovery of opportunity costs to the amount of KZT13,000,000 from JSC "Caspi Neft". Not agreed with the prosecutor's statements of claim. Not verdict available on the statement of claim.

3. D. Kozybagarov filed a claim to JSC "Caspi Neft" requesting recovery of compensation and fine to the total amount of KZT9,623,219. The court of first instance completely satisfied the claim. The court of appeal left the court's decision unchanged.

4. T. Shanshilov filed a claim to JSC "Caspi Neft" requesting recovery of compensation and fine to the total amount of KZT5,377,294. Not verdict  available on the claim.

5. On March 20, 2012 the default judgment of Atyrau regional special inter-district economic court regarding the claim of JSC "Caspi Neft" to IE (individual entrepreneur) M. Esengeldin requesting recovery of KZT4,741,800 became effective.
