OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. Import of diesel grew 14,4% to 353,6 thou. t., import of liquefied gas increased 16,9% to 78,1 thou. t., the National Energy regulator Agency informs.

The biggest amount of petrol (67,3% of the total volume) and diesel (44,5%) was imported from Romania, with the biggest amount of liquefied gas (61%) being imported from Russia. Major importers of petrol last year were LUKoil Moldova (33,5%of the market), Petrom-Moldova (27,4%) and Tirex Petrol (13,7%). Leading importers of diesel were LUKoil–Moldova (33,8%), Tirex Petrol (20,3%) and Bemol Trading (7,9%).

Leading importers of liquefied gas were Dominic (28,9%), LUKoil Moldova (26,7%) and Printemps (20,4%).
