OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. Deliveries of natural gas to Moldova excluding Transdniestria reduced 2% in Q1 2012 as compared with the same period of 2011 and made up 516,1 mln c.m. In January-March, 2011 they made 526,5 mln c.m., Moldovagaz informs.

In March, 2012 deliveries of natural gas to Moldova made up 121,9 mln. c.m., 17% up against 146,8 mln. c.m. in last March. The delivery of 150 mln. c.m. was contracted by Moldovagaz for this March.

According to the company, deliveries in Transdniestria made up 632,3 mln. c.m. in Q1, 2012, 4,5% up as compared with the like period of 2011, when they were 604,8 mln. c.m. Deliveries of Russian natural gas to Moldova including Trasndniestria increased 1,5% from 1 bln. 131,3 mln. c.m. to 1 bln. 148,1 mln. c,m. in Q1, 2012.

Moldovagaz planned to purchase from Russia 1 bln. 170 mln. c.m. in Q1 2011, whereas in Q1 2012 it planned to buy 1 bln. 187 mln. c.m.
