OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2012. Sviaz-Bank participated in the city’s annual specialized Real Estate Exhibition, Realty 2012, at the Central House of Artists, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

Sviaz-Bank displayed a specialized exposition in the Mortgage Center section devoted to secondary housing market transactions at this biggest realty event in the Moscow area.

While the exhibition was on, Sviaz-Bank’s representatives gave consultations to visitors on the Bank’s mortgage terms, possibilities for different programs to be chosen and mortgages taken out, and figured out the actual price of a mortgage, the interest rate, and mortgage term.

Endge Zinatullina, the Bank’s Retail Sales Director, who addressed the participants within the framework of the Mortgage Forum session, spoke about the Bank’s current mortgage programs – Your Own Housing, Housing for the Trusty, and Housing for the Young, among others.

Sviaz-Bank has been active in the mortgage market since mid-2010, and on January 1, 2012, it was ranked 11th among leading mortgage banks by the Analytical Center of the Rusipoteka.ru portal. In 2011, Sviaz-Bank issued nearly 8 billion rubles in 3,929 mortgages.

According to Vedomosti newspaper, Sviaz-Bank offers the lowest interest rate of 10.5% per annum on ruble-denominated mortgages on the secondary market under its Your Own Housing program.

Sviaz-Bank was also short-listed for a PRO Realty 2011 prize in the Mortgage of the Year nomination for its Housing for the Trusty program.
