OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. On April 6, 2012 the book was closed for accepting applications for acquisition of Banca Intesa’s series 03 bonds with a nominal value of 5 bln RUB and a put option 1.5 years after placement. The series 03 bonds will reach maturity 3 years after placement date.

In the course of book building for the series 03 bonds, 38 investor bids were placed with a coupon rate ranging from 8.75% to 9.50%. Total demand for the series 03 bonds equalled 9.75 bln RUB.

The annual coupon rate for the series 03 bonds was set at 9%.

Bond placement will take place on the MICEX stock exchange on April 10, 2012.
