OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. Bus production (including minibuses and “work-team buses” on truck chassis) in Russia rose 36.3% year on year to 6.1 thousand units in the first two months of 2012, according to ASM Holding analysts’ data. Of the total production figure, output of domestic models was 4.8 thousand vehicles (up 50.0%), while foreign-brand bus output was 1.3 thousand units (up 2.9%). A notable increase of domestic bus output is seen at the start of this year after fall of production in September-October 2011 and then achieving an even annual result.
