OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. In the first quarter of 2012 , the overall mixed feed production volume of ABH MIRATORG amounted 163.370 thousand tons, which is  by  134.61% higher than the same index of  2011  (69.635 thousand tons). In  2012, commissioning of the third feed mill in Belgorod region with production capacity of 360 thousand tons is scheduled. Rated production capacity of 3 feed mills in Belgorod region will be total  1,1 Mio tons per year. Scheduled  volume of mixed feed production  in 2012 is total  762.7 thousand tons, which makes it possible to completely provide with  feed 2,1 Mio pig heads in ABH pig complexes in 2012. Today ABH MIRATORG is the main producer of mixed feed in Russia.

Pork production.

Over 3 months period  of 2012, pork production volume of ABH MIRATORG amounted  57.909 thousand tons in live weight , which is  by  70.03 %  higher than the indicator of the same period of 2011 (34,058 thousand tons).

Production increase by  23.851 thousand tons in live weight is mostly  conditioned  by full capacity achievement by 2 production lines  of Saphonovskiy pig complex  and 3 production lines of Kalinovskiy pig complex, as well as by commissioning of 2 production lines in  Novoyakovlevskiy pig complex and 2 production lines in Kazatskiy pig complex.

Meat processing.

Production volume of CJSC Korocha pig complex, meat processing plant of ABH MIRATORG in Belgorod region amounted  33 thousand tons within 3 months of 2012. Increase of production indicators in comparison with the same period of 2011  (32,3 thousand tons) amounted 2%. Meanwhile, production volumes increase in separate categories amounted 11% for products in industrial package and 73% for products in consumer package.

Distribution.

Sales volume of ABH MIRATORG over 3 months of 2012 amounted 64,7 thousand tons. ABH proceeds systematic increase of own products sales  within the framework of import substitution strategy.

Implementation of beef production project.

For the moment,  twelve farms (from  totally  fourteen farms, constructed on the territory of Bryansk region within the framework of ABH MIRATORG project on beef farming development) have already been populated with the cattle, and the total  number of dam livestock of ABH in the region is more than 36 thousand heads.

In April and May 2012, ABH  is going to accept 20 thousand heads of breeding cattle more on their Bryansk cattle farms; by fall 2012, dam herd will be increased and will amount 80 thousand heads.

Before the end of 2012, ABH MIRATORG will complete  construction of sixteen farms more in Bryansk region and bring the cattle to them.

The construction of totally 33  farms as well  as  the slaughter and primary meat processing plant is scheduled within the framework of the project.

By year 2014, commercial livestock will be total 120 thousand heads per year.

Volume of project investments is more than RUR 24 Bln.

Implementation of poultry project.

Within the framework of implementing the poultry project of ABH MIRATORG, there is an active construction of feed mill with elevator, poultry slaughter and processing complex as well as  three broilers production units (from seven scheduled ones) in Vygonichskiy district of Bryansk region. Three more poultry production units from twelve scheduled ones for parent and rearing stocks are being constructed in Trubtchevsk district. Within spring-summer period of 2012, it is scheduled to start construction of nine sites for parent and rearing stocks, four broiler poultry farms, as well as structure and hatchery with capacity of 75 Mln eggs per year.

Construction of plant for semi-products production

In Kaliningrad region, construction of plant for production of Concordia semi-products entered the final phase.

At present, the following civil and installation works have been completed: civil works on reconstruction of production complex building have been completely accomplished; installation of pipeline, ventilation and cooling systems and other engineering structures has been 95% completed.

Commissioning is scheduled for May 2012.
