OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. China largest stainless steel producer Taiyuan Stainless Steel (TISCO) has signed a five-year framework agreement with Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. Plc (ENRC) for the sourcing of high carbon ferrochrome.

ENRC will initially supply 1.5 million tons of high-carbon ferrochrome in the next five years.

The supply volumes will be increased over the term, depending on ENRC's increased ferrochrome production from new Aktobe Ferroalloys Plant in Kazakhstan, which is due to be commissioned in 2013.
