Recently, Tisco has signed the contract with the well-known domestic pressure vessel enterprise about 904L super austenite, at the same time, both sides agreed to develop market, which marked that Tisco super austenite in pressure vessel industry achieve a breakthrough, reported the press-centre of Tisco.

904 L has very good corrosion resistance, especially in phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid environment which has excellent resistance to corrosion of comprehensive performance, also has good resistance to corrosion and corrosion clearance of point performance. Compared with conventional 304 or 316 L stainless steel, it is characterized by the more excellent resistance performance to stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion resistance. Therefore, the stainless steel products in chemical, wastewater treatment, paper and other industry can be widely used. But the 904 L stainless steel with high technical content, the production is difficult, and before this, domestic application is most relied on imports.

Since this year, Tisco has increased the research and development of super austenitic market, and given full play to the SBU (strategic business units), has made the 904 L pressure vessel authentication. Tisco became the first super austenitic factory which gets the pressure vessel authentication.
