OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. The Law on Internal Trade imposes strict time limits of payment for perishable goods. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov during his visit to the "Terezine" enterprise in the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region.

"The adoption of the Law on Internal Trade will introduce clear dates of payments for products that are perishable articles," said Mykola Azarov. Thus, he emphasized that the current system of payment for goods with a limited term of realization is unfair. For example, the longest expiry date of realization for milk is 14 days, but the farmer gets money for it a month later.

The PM emphasized that mentioned bill would allow settling the relations between sellers and suppliers of goods and services.
