OREANDA-NEWS. April 12, 2012. At introduction of modern technologies of production it is necessary to provide employment of the population. It was declared by the Prime minister of Ukraine Nikolay Azarov Mykola Azarov during his visit to his visit to the "Terezine" enterprise in the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region.

The PM noted that on farms after modernization the quantity of the attendants significantly reduces the number of staff. In particular, at the "Terezine" enterprise before reconstruction and introduction of modern "know-how" of milk worked 400 people, and now their quantity was reduced up to 130. Therefore, job creation in the countryside should be parallel, or even accelerated the rate relative to a bulk production in crop and livestock production, which at times create increased productivity but also reduces the number of people employed in manufacturing. That is it is necessary to create in advance workplaces and to introduce spurs for people which will be released in connection with the construction of modern complexes.

"We have different goals. Your goal is to get profit at most and maximum profitability of the enterprise, so you think how to cut costs. The task of the Government is to ensure the performance of a large dairy business, and that people have jobs and decent wages. These interests must be combined", - Mykola Azarov said, referring to the director of the "Terezine" enterprise.
