OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2012. The Government ordered the Ministry of Health to complete in time the procedure for registration of prices of medicines that are purchased at public expense. PM demands to eliminate shortcomings and delays in the work.

At a meeting of the Government it was emphasized the importance in time to hold work with registration prices which should be fair benchmark for tenders and buy medicine for a transparent procedure. Government position remains unchanged: the price of drugs should be reasonable and fair that the current situation means a significantly reduced price. And here can not be compromise.

As you know, from April 1, 2012 drugs and medical products may be procured by the budget only after the registration of wholesale prices. However, until now the registration process has not fully completed, which makes it impossible to purchase drugs at prices lower than last year.
