Bakcell Significantly Increased its Service Network
OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2012. Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that the Company has increased its dealers’ network and opened 34 new dealer shops across Azerbaijan during the last year. As of February 2012, the number of dealer shops of Bakcell in the country has reached 293. Company operates 97 dealer shops in Baku, 166 in regions and 7 in Service Centers located both in regions and in Baku, reported the press-centre of Bakcell.
Bakcell has significantly increased its service network. 4 Service Centers in Baku, 3 in regions (Ganja, Nachchivan, Sumgayit) as well as 4 BakcellIM Centers, and 12 in regions serve over 2.6 million active Bakcell customers across the country.
The total number of dealer partners of Bakcell consists of 200 dealers with more than 800 employees. Bakcell offers a wide range of products such as scratch cards, data scratch cards, data SIM cards, CIN numbers, Klass numbers, Gold Numbers, USB dongles, WiFi modems, Mini SIM cards, handsets, Blackberry devices and services, etc. via the Company’s official dealer shops.
In the year 2011, Bakcell has announced the opening of its “Sharks Mobile” dealer shop in the city center. For the first time in Azerbaijan, one of the shop’s windows has been turned into a “giant touch screen monitor”. Through this kind of monitors, Bakcell is now able to integrate its internet page with certain dealer shops and service centers’ windows. This technology is active for 24 hours, allowing the subscribers to use the company’s official website to read the new issues of “055” magazine, make online payments, get information on new tariffs and campaigns and send free SMS messages.
Bakcell has also significantly improved the efficiency of dealer networking and product campaign in rural and remote areas of Azerbaijan, particularly in Agdam and Terter regions.
Starting from the year 2011 Bakcell’s dealer channels are allowed to provide customer services at their stores. This, by turn, gives Bakcell customers an opportunity to get a replacement SIM card (duplicate), to change their contact details and etc. in any dealer store all over the country.
