OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2012.  By the order of Alexey Michalev, OJSC "Perm Engine Company" CEO, the development of a program "Housing provision of the OJSC "PMZ" employees within 2012-2017" was started.  

According to CEO's decision there will be a special interviewing of the employees, who need housing improvement, and quotas for participation in the program will be established for every department, taking into consideration the plan of young specialists' employment for 2012. The special commission comprised of representatives of personnel, legal and production departments of OJSC "PMZ" will generate the criteria of the candidates' selection. Financial and economic departments of the company will have to elaborate the mechanism of subsidizing the purchase of housing.      

During the program process about 100 young specialists are supposed to be able to purchase affordable housing, comfortable for their living style. Using the funds of OJSC "PMZ" real estate loan rates will be compensated up to the level of 5-6% per annum.
