OREANDA-NEWS. April 10, 2012. Starting from March 29, 2012, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company started to transfer insurance indemnity to aggrieved customers of “Lanta-Tour Voyage” JSC. Last week, the insurance company has paid more than 2,6 million roubles under 32 claims for losses of 70 tourists.

In accordance with the presented to Ingosstrakh Insurance Company supporting documents, the total number of 2 789 claims for the calculation of proportion with regards to 6 278 tourists was included into the Register of claims. Aggregate damage amounted to 194 583 281,22 roubles. Thus, taking into account the limit of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company liability under the insurance contract of 100 million roubles, the proportion makes 0,5139187672.
