The twelfth international exhibition of food and processing equipments industry WorldFood Uzbekistan 2012, the seventh exhibition of agricultural technologies AgroWorld Uzbekistan 2012 and an exhibition of packaging equipments and technologies Upack Uzbekistan 2012 opened in the pavilions of Uzexpocentre.

The events have been organized by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources, the company Uzvinosanoatholding, Chamber of Commerce, associations of farmers, food industry, wholesalers’ Uzulgurjisavdoinvest and Tashkent city administration jointly with the international exhibition company ITE Uzbekistan.

180 companies from 22 countries such as Germany, Austria, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Belarus, Lithuania, Malaysia, Poland and South Korea are participating in the exhibition.

The main purpose of the exhibitions is to introduce modern technologies and equipments in food processing industry, market saturation, high-quality food products, expanding relationships, share experiences, as well as support for manufacturers by attracting investment.

Various products are exhibited in such sections of the exhibition WorldFood Uzbekistan 2012 like food, drinks, equipments, technologies, food ingredients and additives.

In particular, local companies Matimeks Orient, Evrofud Trade, Viniks show off their pastry, meat and milk products, sausages, chicken meat, canned products and ice-cream.

The equipments for processing and freezing of fruits and vegetables, fat and oil products, rice, flour and pasta, prepared food, spices, soft drinks and juices also were exhibited.

AgroWorld Uzbekistan 2012 is a great opportunity to showcase the latest achievements of agricultural specialists.

More than fifty leading companies of the world like Claas (Germany) and its subsidiary JV Uz Claas Agro, Rostselmash, Ruseksimservis (Russia), Agromashholding-Tashkent. 38 of them are taking part in it for the first time.

The exhibition also demonstrates the feed, veterinary facilities and development of seed growing.

This year, banks invested 10.1 billion soums in order to create 293 new poultry farms. Given the interest of owners in this area, a very special place set aside the necessary equipment for poultry farms.

Customer demand and product quality largely depends on its presentation. Therefore, packing equipment is widely used in the food sector, agriculture and other industries.

The companies Polex packaging (Russia), EOE CO. (Chinese Taipei) Sanoatqalinqogozsavdo demonstrate new packaging materials and equipments for manufacturing of cardboard and paper packaging in the exhibition Upack Uzbekistan 2012.
