OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2012. Trade turnover between Ukraine and China entered the pre-crisis level and reached 8.5 billion dollars in 2011. However, both countries have significant potential to increase it. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this during a meeting in Kyiv with a delegation from the International Department of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China.

"I am with pleasure want to note that our bilateral trade volume reached 8.5 billion dollars and reached the pre-crisis level. However, the potential of our countries allows us to increase it", - Mykola Azarov said.

At the same time he noted that the meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission on cooperation between Ukraine and China in 2012 year will find ways to increase trade between the countries.
