OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2012. On 5 April, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Closed Joint Stock Company "Depository Clearing Company" (DCC) elected Maria Krasnova the company's CEO. The appointment of Ms Krasnova to this post is to contribute to the final stage of the efficient and reliable integration of National Settlement Depository (NSD), DCC and Settlement Chamber RTS.

About Maria Krasnova

Maria Krasnova graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with a specialty in law. In January 2001, she joined National Depository Center (NDC) as a chief of Legal Department. In November 2009, Ms Krasnova was elected a member of the Executive Board of NDC. In a year she headed the Legal Department of NSD, NDC's successor. In July 2011, Ms Krasnova was appointed the company's Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. Since September 2011, she has been responsible for a project of integration of National Settlement Depository (NSD), DCC and Settlement Chamber RTS.

It is worth reminding that on 30 March NSD's Supervisory Board approved the sale and purchase agreement concluded by NSD and OJSC MICEX-RTS for acquisition of DCC's stake.
