OREANDA-NEWS. April 06, 2012. Trasta komercbanka sold a part of its investment in company "Heckbert C7 Holding Ltd" (Cyprus), which indirectly holds shares in the Ukrainian gas company "Dewon", reported the press-centre of Trasta Komercbanka.

As a result of the transaction a stake of 24.64% which the Bank owned in "Heckbert C7 Holding Ltd" has been sold at a price equal to the purchase price. The amount of the transaction is USD 7 000 000.

At the end of 2009, the Bank acquired 100% stake in Cyprus company "Heckbert C7 Holding Ltd", which indirectly holds 25,085% of the Ukrainian gas company "Dewon" shares. The aim of this transaction was to acquire control over 25,085% of  "Dewon" shares, with their subsequent sale. After the stake of  24.64% has been sold , the Bank still owns 75.36% of "Heckbert C7 Holding Ltd" comapny's shares.
