OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2012. PASHA Construction company is finishing construction of Mall 28 trade center, in the center of Baku, at the crossroad of R. Behbudov and Fizuli streets ( near railways station and 28 May metro station).

The company reports that the project of Маll 28 trade center was originally considered by selected team of professional designers of trade centers, and work on interior furnishing was conducted by Broadway Malyan on leading international  architectural practice.

"Frontages are decorated in accord with architecture of other famous buildings nearby. Upon construction completion the largest trade center in Baku Mall 28, will have 23.000 sq m area. Most of leading international merchants, engaged in retail trade, will open first ventral shop here. In addition to Food Court ( special restaurant allocated for food in trade centers) and restaurants with a view to Jafar Jabarli square, the center will have cinema for 1200 places and entertainment center for children. Mixed sales in Маll 28 will mainly concentrate on high street approaching fashion",- the report says.

Design-architect of Маll 28 is Broadway Malyan, technical control on construction and project is carried out by Mace International.
