OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2012. Another stage of a major repair campaign has been completed at “Mikhailovcement”, JSC.

The planned overhaul of the rotary kiln number 2 has been conducted.

During the repair campaign 2 ready-assembled kiln tires with the shells on piers number 7, number 8, and the girth-gear andspur pinion of the kiln’s main drive have been replaced. Also the following works have been carried out: kiln lining has been replaced, and air-quenching cooler and chain section have been repaired.

All repairs, which were carried out by the plant, were planned and included in a comprehensive program aimed at modernizing equipment and stabilizing plant’s production.
