OREANDA-NEWS. April 05, 2012. JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors took the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE.

on non-arm's length transactions:

a. treasury deals concluded with members of the UniCredit Group in the period from January 1, 2012 to January 31, 2012 have been ratified;

b. transactions of the Transactional and Corporate Products Department concluded with members of the UniCredit Group in the period from January 1, 2012 to January 31, 2012 have been ratified;

c. agreement with LLP "ATFInkassatsiya" has been approved;

d. service agreement with CJSC "UniCredit Bank" (Russia) worth a total of RUR164,870.13 has been approved;

as well as changes in the composition of the Bank's Management Board have been approved: Pavel Reshetnikov has been appointed Deputy chairman of the Bank's Management Board.
