OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2012. KAMAZ plants and departments fulfilled the production plan of March and the first quarter of 2012.

The automobile plant, the company’s finishing production, made more than 5 thousand vehicle sets in March and almost 13.5 thousand units for the first three months. This is by 26% and 37%, respectively, more than for the same periods of 2011.

Altogether KAMAZ-Diesel and CUMMINS KAMA JV produced and delivered about 5.3 thousand engines and power units in March and almost 14.5 thousand units for the whole quarter – by 18% and 32% more than last year’s analogous performance.

In March, spare parts for KAMAZ vehicles for about RUB 1.2 billion were shipped to dealers, service centers, and corporate clients of the company, and since the beginning of the year – for RUB 3 billion. Customers received other products from plants and departments of KAMAZ for RUB 1 billion in March and more than for RUB 2.5 billion for the first three months of the year. These results are also higher than the performance for the same period of 2011.
