OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2012. BM&FBOVESPA announces the first preview for the BOVESPA Index theoretical portfolio, which will be valid for the period of May 07-August 31, 2012, based on the closing of the March 30, 2012 session. The preview registered no changes in the Ibovespa portfolio, which is made up of 70 stocks from 65 companies.

The five stocks with the heaviest weight in this index were: Vale PNA (9.202%), Petrobras PN (8.1559%), OGX Petroleo ON (5.192%), Itauunibanco PN (4.607%) and Bradesco PN (3.383%).

For purposes of comparison, the stocks with the heaviest weighting in the Ibovespa portfolio for January 02-April 30, 2012 were: Vale PNA (9.308%), Petrobras PN (8.239%), OGX Petroleo ON (5.199%), Itauunibanco PN (4.696%) and Bradesco PN (3.369%).
