OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2012. Please be informed that changes in General Provisions for Transactions of JSC “NORVIK BANKA” (hereinafter referred to as GPT) come into force, reported the press-centre of NORVIK BANKA.

The changes are being made in Clause 3.2.3. of the Part I „General Part” of GPT, in Clause 8.6. of Section 1 „Provisions for settlement accounts”, in Clause 4.6. of Section 3 „Provisions for remoute access to the account” and in Clause 2.3 of Section 6 „Terms of a child’ s savings account” of the Part II „Provisions for banking services” of GPT.

Aslo GPT is supplemented with Clause 3.14.4. of Section 3 „Provisions for remoute access to the account” of the Part II „Provisions for banking services” of GPT in the following wording:

“The Bank can permit joint use of IT device to several Clients, who have submitted an application of a standard Bank’s form to the Bank and who are interconnected by one and the same beneficiary or an authorized person or if the Client is in a group of Clients recognized by the Bank. In this event, the Bank may, on the basis of the Clients’ Application, create a user group, which allows simultaneous access to accounts of all members of the user group by using a single IT device.”
