OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2012. Depository Clearing Company (DCC) herewith informs its clients that Specification of Depository Transactions on Trading Subaccounts for Transactions with OAO Gazprom Shares upon Clearing by the Clearing Organization wherewith the Depository Entered into Agreement comes into force with effect from April 13, 2012.

This Specification was elaborated to document the new procedure for settlement of trades in OAO Gazprom shares on The Exchange "Saint-Petersburg" effective from April 23, 2012 and regulate transactions with these securities on GQGZP trading subaccounts in Participants' securities accounts.

To open this type of subaccount, a Participant shall furnish DCC with an instruction for securities account opening in the form stipulated in Appendix D01 to the Terms, the Clearing Organization field shall contain " KC РТС (Т+0)".

Please note that trades in the securities will be settled on GQGZP trading subaccounts upon clearing performed by the clearing organization if a client provides in advance a hard copy of Conditional Instruction in the form stipulated in Appendix D22 to the Terms.
