OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2012. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company gives notice of the completion of the received claims Register formation and the beginning of payments to the tourists suffered from “Lanta-Tour Voyage”.

In the nearest time the company will publish the payments proportion subject to the asserted claims.

According to the “Rules of (Standard) Civil Liability Insurance for Non-Performance or Improper Performance of Obligations under Agreement on Tourist Product Implementation” and Art. 17.5 of the Federal Law “On the Basis of Tourist Activity in the Russian Federation”, when addressed by several tourists, whose total amount of claims exceeds the sum insured, the payments shall be made proportionally to the sum specified in the claims for the financial security amount.

Payments of compensation shall be effected via non-cash transfer on bank details provided to the insurance company. 

In order to receive the insurance compensation in the shortest  time possible, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company asks all suffered tourists to provide the original payment documents evidencing the actual damage (receipts, bills, invoices, etc.) as soon as possible. Also, an application should be sent to Ingosstrakh Insurance Company for the money transfer, which should specify bank details and be signed by the tourist personally or by his/her representative authorized by the Power of Attorney. Bank details should contain the account of the tourist/tourist product customer who suffered travel expenses or his/her authorized representative.
