TNK-NP became a leader of the rating “Best Company for Work and Career in 2011” and received a special prize for its achievements in personnel development at the awarding ceremony held on March 29, 2012 in the framework of the All-Russia Conference of HR Managers, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

The “Elite Personnel” magazine, together with the Club of HR Managers and the portal RABOTA.RU, conducted benchmark surveys of over 200 leading Russian and international companies. The companies were evaluated according to twelve criteria, including personnel training and development system, involvement in work, professional independence, etc. Winners were selected by voting participated by over a hundred experts, including experienced advisors of recruitment agencies, instructors of business schools, and chief editors of major business mass media.
