OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2012. For the first time on the history of antimonopoly bodies in Russia, the Head of FAS Igor Artemyev approved the Regulations on “Distinguished Experts of the Federal Antimonopoly Service”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The title of a “Distinguished Expert” is awarded to the persons who worked within the system of the antimonopoly bodies for no less than ten years, reached the maximum age for being at the government service, and made considerable personal contribution in the government policy towards protecting competition.

“Distinguished Experts” of the Federal Antimonopoly Service” is awarded to Antoly Avdeev, Gennady Goudkov, Oleg Kolomiichenko, Vladimir Talantsev, Pyotr Torkanovsky and Nikolai Uzhegov, who for many years worked as the Heads of Penza, Nizhny Novgorod, St Petersburg, Samara and Sverdlovsk Offices of FAS Russia accordingly.
