AzerSigorta Expands Range of Compulsory Insurance Services
OREANDA-NEWS. April 02, 2012. The only state-owned commercial insurance company of Azerbaijan, Azersigorta, has increased the number of services within the Compulsory Insurers Bureau.
The Bureau reports that the Company became a CIB member on 25 January 2012 on the basis of the letter of the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan from 23 January. On the basis of the letter, received by the Bureau on 27 March, the Company has expanded the range of services for compulsory insurance.
"Previously, the Company provided services on mandatory insurance of immovable property, civil liability of users of real estate. Now the Company will also render services on compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles," it was reported.
The CIB consists of 10 companies - Atesgah Sigorta, Ata Sigort, Pasha Sigorta, Alfa Sigorta, Az Sigorta, Azersigorta, AXA MBASK, Xalq SIgorta, Standard Insurance, Meqa Sigorta.
