OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. Total January-February 2012 revenue of the consolidated budget of Ukraine has been 65,709.7 million UAH, which 9493.4 million UAH, or 16.9 percent exceeds the figures of the similar period of 2011.

During January-February 2012, the State Budget of Ukraine has obtained 51,804.3 million UAH, which 7104.3 million UAH, or 15.9 percent, exceeds the 2011 similar figure.

The State Budget General Fund January-February 2012 revenue has made 44,754.9 million UAH, which exceeds scheduled figures by 1.9 percent, or 845.8 million UAH. Compared to January-February 2011, actual general fund revenue has been increased by 5613 million UAH, or 14.3 percent.

The biggest January-February 2012 revenue has been due to:

- value added tax (charge). The State Budget General Fund has obtained 20,239.7 million UAH. Compared to January-February 2011, the revenue has been increased by 1286.4 million UAH, or 6.8 percent;

- domestic excise tax. The State Budget General Fund has obtained 3229.1 million UAH. Compared to last year’s similar period, the revenue has been increased by 201.1 million UAH, or 6.6 percent;

- rent tax. The State Budget General Fund has obtained 2845.1 million UAH. Compared to last year’s similar period, the revenue has been increased by 138.4 million UAH, or 5.1 percent;

- corporate profit tax. The State Budget General Fund has obtained 11,475.3 million UAH. Compared to last year’s similar period, the revenue has been increased by 1754.7 million UAH, or 18.1 percent, notwithstanding the fact that, in January-February 2012, the 4th quarter 2011 corporate profit was taxed at the rate of 23 percent, while in January-February 2011, the 4th quarter 2010 corporate profit was taxed at the rate of 25 percent.

Cash refund of the value added tax from the budget has been 7316.4 million UAH within January-February 2012. Compared to January-February 2011, VAT refund has been increased by 44.7 percent, or 2259.2 million UAH.

The State Budget Special Fund January-February 2012 revenue has made 7049.4 million UAH. Compared to last January-February, the revenue has been increased by 26.8 percent, or 1491.3 million UAH.
