OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2012. Mikhail Skorokhod, president of the “EUROCEMENT group” paid working visit to “Oskolcement”, JSC. The visit began with a tour of the main structural units, and then a meeting with department heads and specialists of the plant took place.

The meeting raised a number of pressing problems, such as improved products quality and work with consumers, improvement of management and production, improvement of business processes and reducing costs. All those measures should be taken in order to compete with hardened competition on the cement market.

Oskolcement”, JSC is one of the best plants of the holding, it employs very skilled employees, but even staff of Oskolcement”, JSC, according to president, needs to improve the culture and efficiency of production and search for measures to reduce production costs.

Chief specialists, responsible for key areas of plant’s activity, were given a number of specific tasks, implementation of which would serve as the solution of the main priorities in the policies of the Holding.
