TANECO Board of Directors Held Meeting
OREANDA-NEWS. March 30, 2012. Board of Directors discussed the current information regarding the production and financial standing of OJSC TANECO. The meeting reviewed in details the plans for implementation of staffing and social policy of the Company in the current year.
In order to accomplish the production and social tasks set for OJSC TANECO by Tatarstan Government and JSC Tatneft’s management, highly qualified team was established. Currently 2227 employees work in the Company. There are some vacancies for a number of special process-oriented positions. The Company cooperates with primary, secondary and higher vocational institutions, employment centers of Nizhnekamsk, Naberezhnie Chelny, Kazan and participates in city and Republic employment fairs.
OJSC TANECO employs the system of continuous vocational education for workers, specialists and managers. The year of 2012 envisages different forms of training worth of 15.7 mln Rbl for 1807 employees.
Currently the average age of TANECO’s employees is 35 years. The status of young specialist provides a new employee with the social and economic support, gives opportunities to continue education, upgrade qualification. Youth Committee and Board of Young Specialists supported by administration and trade union developed a plan of annual activities including organization and implementation of Production Control School; TANECO’s scientific and practical conference and Tatneft’s seminar "Oil and gas treatment and processing"; training in electronic corporate university of JSC Tatneft; professional workmanship contest for operators, etc..
The main objective of social and staffing policy of TANECO is engagement of highly qualified personnel. Therefore, the current public health, recreational, accommodation programs is aimed at strengthening TANECO’s standing as the most eminent and first-class place of work.
