OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the top managers of the well-known Turkish company Kotam Enterprises Ltd. President Muammer Agim and Vice President Seda Gengoru.

Expressing gratitude for a personal meeting and the opportunity to discuss the prospects for the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation, the guests congratulated the President of Turkmenistan on the re-election for a second term underlining that the convincing victory at the presidential election had become another evidence of the correctness of the chosen course in the name of happiness and wellbeing of the people.

Greeting the businessmen representing a well-known in our country Turkish company, the Turkmen leader underlined that the long-term successful cooperation with Kotam Enterprises Ltd. could vividly exemplify the efficient, trust, mutually beneficial partnership.

Highly appreciating the company contribution to increasing the economic power of the country, in particular, modernization of a key sector of the national economy – textile industry, the President of Turkmenistan expressed the satisfaction in the interest of Turkish businessmen in continuation of fruitful long-term cooperation.

Thanking for the high confidence, the heads of the Kotam Enterprises Ltd. confirmed the readiness of the company to take an active part in implementation of the large-scale reformatory projects and programmes initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, including the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on the improvement of social and living conditions in settlements, villages, etrap towns and administrative centres that was of paramount importance in the state life of the country in the epoch of power and happiness.

In this regard, the Turkmen leader and his guests discussed the opportunities of the company to take part in implementation of important projects of social and industrial significance in Dashoguz Velayat. These projects include, first of all, the international tender for design and construction of a new cattle-breeding complex in S.A. Niyazov Etrap. Another important object is a new sanatorium to be built in the Gurbansoltan Eje Etrap in Dashoguz Velayat. It was noted that development of this old health-resort zone that possessed rich healing properties due to medicinal iodide-bromine water, would promote increasing the quality and widening the range of health-improving services provided to local population as well as the further development of the sanatorium and resort infrastructure of the country that had been replenished with a number of new modern facilities of international significance within the last years.

During the meeting, the guests reported on fulfillment of the Turkmen leader’s instructions and presented new projects and proposals for consideration of the President of Turkmenistan. Commenting on the report and new projects, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov provided specific instructions.

Taking an opportunity, Mrs. Seda Gengoru, who received the government award of Turkmenistan in honor of the 20th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan in October, 2011, expressed profound gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the high appreciation of her activity, and underlined that she would continue applying every effort in the name of prosperity of the Turkmen state.

In conclusion, Muammer Agim and Seda Gengoru once again expressed deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the trust given and assured the Turkmen leader that Kotam Enterprises Ltd. would strictly follow the undertaken commitments fulfilling the entrusted tasks at the high level and in time.
