I.T. Co. Implements CRM System in EuroStroy
OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. I.T. Co. has launched a project for implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in EuroStroy company providing services in the telecommunication sector. The CRM solution will allow the customer to efficiently control the technical supervision over the facilities construction, maintain the relations with the customers using a common base by organizing complete documentation of the activities.
EuroStroy works in the telecommunications market and implements projects for development and modernization of customers' network infrastructure, construction of fiber-optic communication lines and structured cabling systems – from audit to launch of the system and its follow-up maintenance. EuroStroy’s specialists carry out technical supervision over the communication facilities construction and operation, perform land survey and cadastral work, as well as develop and implement geographic information systems.
The company is geographically distributed: it has the headquarters in Moscow and regional subdivisions. For efficient control of contractors in all the subdivisions, the company’s management took a decision to organize a single information space and create an electronic system for management of the facilities and relations with customers on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform. I.T. Co. became the project implementation contractor and started the work at the beginning of 2012.
Implementation of the CRM system will increase the transparency of the company’s business management and enable to accurately control the work of managers and experts with orders, work orders, assignments, and contracts, as well as to efficiently interact with customers and partners.
Besides the project implementation, I.T. Co. specialists will modify typical configuration of the CRM system which will make it possible to register and coordinate the contracts, as well as provide the functions of storage on the server of electronic protocols and photos of the facilities subject to technical supervision. Moreover, the standard software version will be upgraded to support the main business processes of the customer.
It is planned that over 40 employees of different subdivisions of EuroStroy LLC will work in the new CRM system.
