OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. For the benefit of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, I.T. Co. has completed the project on creation of the integrated document management system and automated system for publishing information on the web-portal of the judicial body of constitutional control.

In the framework of the large-scale national project “Support of the Judicial Reform”, the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) Foundation acting as the project implementation group held a series of tenders in accordance with the international competitive bidding procedures.

I.T. Co. was declared the winner in the open tender held in March 2011 for implementation of the project “Supply and installation of the integrated document management system and automated system of publishing information on the web-portal of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation”. Owing to the complex nature of the project, I.T. Co. acted as the general contractor. The value of the state contract was over USD 4 million.

The project was aimed at the development of the automated system for information support of the main activity of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. The system included the following operational units:

System of document management (legal proceedings) of the Constitutional Court of the RF – basic system providing electronic support of legal proceedings in the Constitutional Court of the RF

System of placing (publishing) information on the web-portal of the Constitutional Court of the RF

System for optimization and automation of work of the IT service of the Constitutional Court of the RF

Set of software and hardware tools providing information support of the activity of the Constitutional Court of the RF

In the framework of the project “Support of the Judicial Reform”, the Academy of I.T. Co. organized advanced training of the employees of the Constitutional Court of the RF in the area of IT management, administration and monitoring of network equipment, network protection, as well as VMware vSphere products.
