OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. The general meeting of the shareholders of Donetskoblenergo was held. The shareholders considered and approved financial and economic performance of the company in 2011 and determined the key lines of activity for 2012. They also made the decision on renaming of Donetskoblenergo PJSC to DTEK Donetskoblenergo PJSC. The Articles of Association of the company were amended accordingly.

The shareholders also approved the reports of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee and terminated earlier their authorities. The shareholders elected new members to the aforementioned bodies. Mr Oleksandr Pozniakov representing ECU NJSC, DTEK HOLDINGS LIMITED and DTEK HOLDINGS BV were elected the members of the Supervisory Board. DTEK LLC, ECU NJSC and DTEK INVESTMENTS B.V. became members of the Audit Committee.
