OREANDA-NEWS. March 29, 2012. AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. (“AUTOBACS SEVEN” or “the Company,” Representative Director and CEO: Setsuo Wakuda), announced today that its board of directors resolved the following amendment of the Basic Policy for Establishment of Internal Control System.

 1. Purpose of the amendment
 In light of changes in the social environment, the occurrence of recent corporate misconduct, and other events, the Company has amended the Basic Policy to further improve corporate governance and the effectiveness of internal control.

 2. Summary of Amendment
